There are hidden facts and secrets behind eating late at night that are harmful to the body and in this post, I will list out secrets things you didn't know about eating late at night.
  • Gaining weight;
          Eating late at night leads to and makes us ain weight. This means it increases your body weight to more than what you were gaining. When you eat during the day,your body is very active and your metabolism is functioning which leads to quick digestion of food. But when we eat immediately before sleeping, by then your metabolism is already slowed, the food that you have eaten will digest at a very very slow rate which leads to weight gain.


  • Instability in sleep cycle;
             If you want to have a good sleep at night, avoid eating late at night. Because it causes fluctuation/change in our sleep cycle.


  • Eating late at night leads to Hugh rate of excretion;
           Eating late at night causes high rate and need for excretion because foods are digested during the sleep hours and if digested quickly, there might be need for excretion. If you to take fibres, they digest in eight hours and above, meaning that there won't be immediately need for excretion.


     Try to avoid eating very late at night and see the change in your life....
