What is the first thing that comes to mind when you see a guy with  packs and well defined chest? Fit and sexy right?
Most guys would kill to have that hard, big and muscular chest with a six packs or eight packs even. That's the male dream body. Though many guys want it for different reasons.  Some for the health and fitness while others want it for the attractions it'll get them from the female population,  which in all honestly is the most effective way....well except money that is. But nevertheless, it wouldn't hurt to have the two in your arsenal if you're doing it for the fame with the ladies.
Whatever your reasons for wanting it might be, you've come to the right place cause this article will be giving you some pointers on how to get that body you've  always dream of having.
First and foremost, you have to bear at the back of your mind that building a body is not that easy since it focuses on expanding any generating new muscles,  it takes a lot of persistence, patience, determination and relentless hard work. It takes some guys just months and others takes years to get that perfect look they're after, depending on their genes, level of determination and hard work.
So let's get down to the main business, how to get a well defined muscular chest and a six packs.
* Whatever you're set to achieve that has to do with the body, your diet plays a very big role in it. So, even though this article would be focusing on mainly workouts we can't ignore the role your eating habit plays on your body.
There are some foods and beverages that makes achieving and maintaining your dream body much more difficult. Examples of this are junk foods, greasy and dangerously fatty foods, alcohols and every other foods with tons of calories.  Especially junk foods and alcohols,  those are the main body destroyers. So, unless you workout and reduce your rate of consuming them, say bye bye to those body destroyers. Except you're one of the lucky few whose body naturally burns lots of calories daily. But nevertheless,  a healthy eating habit is the first step in achieving your goal.
Time to hit the gym.
Workouts meant for getting a well defined muscular chest.
 This workouts focuses mainly on the arms, shoulders and chest, so why not kill three birds with one stone? If you don't know how the workouts are done you can search for videos to guide you. Most of the workouts focuses on weight lifting which would really hurt after the first few days. Some of these workouts are;
*Barbell bench press.
*Low incline Barbell press.
*Flat bench dumbbell press.
*Machine decline press.
*Seated machine chest press.
*Incline bench cable fly.
*Dips for chest.
  Some exercises that can help develop your hardcore chest that aren't necessarily gym based are;
Doing lots of push ups,  classic and thrust pull ups and dip stands.
Workouts for getting six a packs
 The above workouts focuses mainly on the upper part of the body but some of them actually help in developing the abdominal part of the body too. These are the things you should do if you want to rock that six pack zone fast.
*Do not forget your diet, it is absolutely necessary.  Eat lots of healthy foods, foods with healthy fats and drink lots of water. And oh, don't forget the fruits and veggies;  very essential.
*Hit the gym, lift weights concentrating on your abdominal sections.
*Do various workouts that would burn lots of calories and fats fast such as punching the hell out of any bag unfortunate enough to cross your path, hitting the treadmill and other workouts that don't necessarily focus on the abs alone but other parts of the body too like legs, thighs, butts etc to even out the muscles. It's also good to interchange workouts daily.  You  can do the following exercises too.
-sit ups.
-crunches.
-butt lifts.
-static holds.
-pull ups from horizontal bars.
-different kinds of push ups.
-squats.
-jacknife sit ups.
-leg lifts.
You can also do general twisting, lifting, turning and bending exercises that would train your oblique muscles, do abs roll and train your core muscles.

So there,  that's it guys. If you follow all the above steps and instructions reaching your goal within weeks or months is a guarantee. You'll have a well defined  muscular chest and you'll definitely get that six packs or if you're lucky, you could hit a Jack pot and get an eight packs instead.
