     We all know jogging to be one of the easiest body exercise that can be done by anyone. It is an exercise practiced by everyone on a daily basis.
       Jogging is running at a particular pace, that is, maintaining a steady speed for longer periods of time as a form of exercise to keep the body fit. But there is more to it than just to keep the physical body fit and I will be listing them out to you as you read on.
       When we jog most times, and after jogging, it helps in keeping us mentally fit. It makes us have self confidence and high esteem. Jogging makes us feel happy and better throughout the day. Which is, it actually contributes to our mental fitness.

  • Jogging helps prevent heart disease;
         Generally jogging helps fight against diseases and one of them is the heart disease. It improves your cardiovascular system therefore not allowing disease of the heart to creep in. A heart disease can be caused by smoking most times, but jogging can be a remedy because it causes runners high ( the releasing of endorphins into the body)


  • Jogging helps in burning fat;
        This is a very common fact that most people know but not all believes. Truly jogging helps in burning fat fast but if not done on a daily basis, results might be hard to see. Researches proves that someone who embarks on a 20-day jogging exercise is liable to burn almost 30 pounds. This means to get the best out of jogging, jog for longer periods.
  • Jogging fights and prevents cancer;
        One of the proven ways by doctors to prevent cancer is to jog. It also helps to increase heart beat therefore giving good flow of blood to every part of our body and also helps in the prevention of cancer and other cancer related diseases.
  • Jogging fights diabetes;
        Most cases, a high sugar level can cause diabetes or the intake of sweeteners in food we eat. Jogging is one of the ways to fight diabetes. Being overweight or something close to obesity can also lead to diabetes, but a jogging lifestyle can always be a solution to the prevention and fighting of diabetes.

   
     In summary, jogging helps us fight diseases and helps in fat burning and many other benefits.
