How to Loose Weight In Just Weeks

  There is a common misconception that losing weight and regular workouts is meant mainly for the young and single population. This is absolutely wrong.  Losing some weight and staying in a great shape is not  only meant for the young and single but for the older and married population too.
Many married people let their body go and put little effort into looking fit and in shape after marriage which is a really terrible habit. The bitter truth is that these days marriage can't survive with love alone, intense
 physical attraction is another key to lasting marriage. So if you are married, not matter how busy you might be, don't neglect your responsibility to making sure your body looks good and is in a great shape. In fact increase your devotion to keeping your body fit and healthy, that will even make your body age a lot slower than it should.
  This article will be focusing on how you can loose significant amount of weight within
mere weeks. Yes, I know it might seem too good to be true but it is 100% true and very much possible if you are up to the task.
Note; Losing weight like any other goal requires lots of patience,  persistence,  determination and relentless hard work,  even more so than others.
  Getting down to business;  to loose a very significant amount of body fats in a matter of weeks, strictly adhere to the following steps. I call it The five keys to unlocking a sexy and fit body.

1. Adjust your eating habits;


This is very important if you want to notice significant changes within weeks. Reduce the amount of food you eat daily.  Note; I'm not asking you to starve yourself,  no, just cut back a few bites from each of your 3 square meals, try not to eat between meals except may be some fruits and healthy drinks.
 Try not to miss breakfasts, even if you'll just take a few bites of apples and wash it down with lots of water.
Try not to eat late dinners (dinner should be latest 8pm) and keep them light so they won't accumulate in your body.

2. Eat only healthy foods;


Say bye bye to the body destroying foods and beverages such as junk foods, alcohols and general calorie filled foods and beverages. Even the fat filled snacks (sorry but the cakes,  chocolates, pies etc has to go too). If you can't stop them totally then reduce their consumption significantly. Your diet should be filled with lots of healthy foods like salads, veggies, fruits and lots of water.

3. Try out various body slimming beverages;


Add some effective body slimming teas and some vegetable juices and Smoothies (this has been reported to be very effective to weight loss). Take the m with meals or between meals.

4. Hit the gym to burn those fats out;


This is one of the most important step to losing your weight within weeks. You need to do intensive workouts for at least 2 hours daily. Focus on workouts aimed at burning calories and building muscles (wouldn't want you to become thin and shapeless) examples are;

-hitting the treadmill.

-lifting weights. Different types in different styles and angles.

-cycling workouts

-pull ups

-punching some bags, skipping etc.

  You don't need to do all everyday. You can interchange the workouts daily. Do an intense workouts for some few minutes, take a minute or two rest and go at it again for at least 2 hours to get a positive result.

5. Do regular exercises for more effect;


 In the morning after waking up and in the evening before going to bed do a few exercises such as jogging, doing sit ups, push ups, crunches, leg lifts and even dancing etc for more effect.
 If you follow all the above steps strictly,  it's a guarantee that you'll get your desired results within weeks. It might not be as easy for some as it'll be for others but that would probably be because of the different genes so don't give up, don't push yourself too hard, take adequate rests, eat healthy foods and you'll do just fine.
 For older people please check in with your doctor before trying any of the above out to make sure it won't be dangerous to your health which is the opposite of what we're trying to achieve.
