Building real muscles sometimes requires a fat body not an obese one. Getting or aggravating some fats before going into workout will really yield a very good result after workout. A thin bodied person will find it very difficult to be buffed with and without equipment because there are no fats in the body to be converted to muscles.
I strongly believe that for you to get that sexy body as a guy/man, you need some good amount of fat in you which will be converted to muscles and then will make you look buff.
When I was 13 years old, in my secondary school(high school) there used to be a guy in my class whom I envied so much cause whenever we go out to play soccer, he finds it very easy to undress in public because of that very sexy and attractive body of his that every girl would love to touch and rest their bodies on. But me whenever I want to to undress and out on my Jessie, I'll always go to a hidden place because of my very chubby and fat body that made my chest look like that of a female(breast) and because of that shame I most times don't play soccer because there is not always a changing room, so we always change in public cause we are guys. So I went on serious home workout without equipments, though it took time to build muscles, but I really got buffed mainly because of the fat I had in me. My point is, to actually get a buffed and sexy body as a guy, you must be on a very good diet plan and feeding habit, I am not saying you should spend your entire life getting fat But fill in the blank spaces. Be a little bit chubby so that when building muscles, your body will really get big and buffed and very attractive. Like now after all the days of my training and home workouts, I really got buffed and built real muscles which made that friend of mine wonder if I used some magic trick or some chemicals or scientific combination.
To build real muscles, get fat not obese and hit the gym or do some workout without equipment and believe me, you will be marveled at the result.
