This is the reason why most time people have 4 abs and others have 6 abs and also others have 8 abs but in rare cases. Continuous sit ups can build abs either a 4 or a 6 pack abs bases on your type of abdominal muscle. He said.

- Try the plank;
Lay flat not the floor
Suspend your body with your elbow to your wrist at angle 90°
Stay for at least a minute or 30 seconds.
- Inclined plank;
Put your feet on the ground
Suspend your body with your elbow to your wrist at angle 90°
Stay for a longer period. Try a minute.
- Do the mountain run;
Run at a static position.
